Role: Resourcer
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 + commission
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
Location: Tunbridge Wells
This is a really exciting role with the opportunity for great training and progression. You will be working for a recruitment company assisting with the sourcing of candidates for all of their roles. This will involve drafting adverts, networking, headhunting, screening candidates, briefing candidates, interviewing candidates, reference checking and working to targets.
You will ideally have high levels of enthusiasm and energy and be confident on the phones. This is a fantastic opportunity which comes with great rewards and incentives.
