Finance/ Administration Assistant
Required
Salary: Grade 6, pt18 (Approximately GBP15000 PA)
(37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, to meet periodic financial deadlines - this may
occasionally include some work during school holidays)
We require a reliable and hard working Finance/ Administration Assistant with excellent organisational skills and ICT expertise to provide effective day to day administration of the School's finances. The role includes maintaining and inputting data onto the school computerised financial management systems (e1 Finance and Excel), bank reconciliations, and ensuring that information is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation and policy. The successful applicant will have experience of computerised financial systems and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with limited supervision.
The role also includes reception and supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead with administration.
