Job Description:

Providing an excellent career progression opportunity, we are looking for two Sales Lead Generators to join our sales team based at our Bristol HQ. Working with our Business Development team, by contributing to increasing sales leads and adding to the sales opportunities pipeline. Reviewing and assessing inbound sales and customer enquiries, in addition to actively sourcing and generating sales leads and opportunities. The role also involves researching and identifying new market opportunities for our diverse product range.

Working closely with the sales team to ensure clear and open communication, including the business development team and the sales administrator.

Personal Specification:

  • Excellent telephone manner, able to be concise while on the phone
  • Confident communicator via email and face-to-face (where appropriate)
  • Personable and able to build rapport quickly
  • Target driven and relishes hitting targets
  • Enjoys working to deadlines and taking responsibility for area of work

Applicant Criteria:


  • Working knowledge of lead generation software or portals
  • Previous experience of meeting or exceeding monthly targets or KPIs.
  • Time management skills - able to work on multiple projects at once


  • Electrical and/or a background in the lighting industry
  • Technical capabilities to understand lighting design and concepts
  • Working knowledge of SAP database
  • B2B sales experience
