We are recruiting for an efficient and professional HR Recruitment Assistant to work for a privately owned company in Farnborough. Our Client is a privately owned business with several sites across Surrey & Hampshire, however the role is predominantly located in Farnborough.
Main responsibilities:
•Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities and absence management.
•Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including probation, promotion and benefits/bonuses.
•Dealing with grievances and implementing on disciplinary procedures.
•Maintain employee benefits program
•Create and prepare job adverts and advertise on job boards, social media, in-house and with preferred Agencies.
•See the full recruitment process through to hiring stage including interview selection.
•Must be confident with conducting interviews at all levels from telephone to board style.
The role can either be Full time or part time, the company are flexible regarding working hours
