Our client, based in Walsall, has engaged Paul Mitchell Associates on an exclusive basis to recruit a permanent Accounts Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process purchase invoices
* Process expense claims.
* Prepare the weekly BACS run
* Statements reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Administer and manage the petty cash
* Raise sales invoices
* Credit control
* Assist with the annual stock take
* Any other duties as required by the Management Accountant or Operations Director

You will be highly organised and possess strong attention to detail. You must be IT literate and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel.
Experience of Sage Line 50 would be preferable.

Salary £18,000 - £19,000 per annum
