Out of School Club Manager - Part Time

Part Time Out of School Club Manager (30 hours per week), Children’s day care services, Woodville near Swadlincote in Derbyshire, circa £14,040 per annum

The Company:

The Company, offering full children’s day care services, from facilities in Leicestershire and Derbyshire.  All facilities are equipped to modern standards and carers have the expertise to provide development and education to babies from six weeks old as they grow.

We are now looking for an Out of School Club Manager to join our team working 30 hours per week at our Out of School Club based at Woodville Infant School.

Out of School Club Manager Main Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring that all children are safe and secure.
• Building effective relationships with the parents of children.
• Maintaining effective relationships with the staff at the school.
• Assisting with the planning of activities to create and develop a stimulating and fun environment.
• Alongside members of staff, ensuring that all children’s basic and development needs are met.

Out of School Club Manager Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified to at least level 3 in childcare or a related subject.
• Experience in a similar role, working with children ages 4-11.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong people management skills.
• Good organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle for transporting children.
• Minibus driving licence and experience would be desirable.
• Willingness and commitment to provide a fun, safe environment for all children.
• Ability to build a good rapport with both children and parents.
