Salary: up to £18,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full time: 37 hours Monday to Friday

This company is the UK's leading independent provider of fleet incident management and specialist vehicle recovery services who currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Executive.
Working with their growing Telematics and Driver Risk Team, this role provides an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into account management or an experienced Account Executive
The Role:
The main purpose of the role is to support their customers through proactive ownership of your allocated accounts. You'll be providing detailed analysis of driver behaviour and journey information to fleet managers and drivers, producing statistical data on fleet risk, identifying trends and highlighting areas for improvement and opportunity, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and build relationships with key customer contacts.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-sell of additional products and services.
- Highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Assisting with the implementation of customer accounts.
- Producing and understand statistical data from reports.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Providing an excellent customer experience through building relationships to identify and accurately deliver to customer needs.
- Maintaining focus on targeted objectives.
- Attending briefings/meetings with team, peers and others when required.
- Taking an active role in team working, sharing best practice and providing support to colleagues.
- Taking ownership and recognise when to escalate to line manager.
The Candidate:
- Experience in managing accounts would be an advantage but not essential.
- Confident using MS Excel- Spreadsheets/ formulas.
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative and think outside the box.
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
