Your Role: 

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be joining our client’s buzzing Sales Team and getting in touch with owners and managers at small businesses to discuss their HR requirements. 

This is largely a telephone-based role that will see you calling new inbound enquiries as they arise and following up with current conversations with potential new clients.

You’ll be selling easy-to-use HR software solutions that make customers’ HR admin significantly easier and HR consultants services that are delivered in a really approachable, supportive style.

Your other activities will include: 

- Walking customers through online software
- Meeting with clients at their premises or exhibitions 
- Achieving sales targets 
- Working with a CRM system and managing groups of prospects 
- Making in-roads with personnel at all levels, from team leaders through to CEOs and owners 
- Problem solving and thinking on your feet 

About You: 

To be considered as a Sales Executive, you will need: 

- Sales or customer service experience with some exposure to up-selling

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The confidence to speak to senior decision makers over the phone

- A proactive approach and the desire to learn

- A great telephone manner

Experience of selling services to businesses would be beneficial to your application.
