Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, between: 08.00-20.00 Monday - Friday. 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.00 - 14.00

We are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our Billing Contact Centre Team in Customer Relations. We need people who can drive outstanding performance to help us achieve our target of becoming the leading community-focused water company.

Deliver an excellent customer experience by listening and understanding customer requirements in relation to billing activities. Meet and exceed customer needs by identifying solutions and carrying them through to resolution.
Focus on resolving queries on the first call. Seek feedback from customers ensuring continuous improvement of the customer experience. Make outbound calls as required.
Able to think creatively about opportunities for process improvement. Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills with attention to detail. Proven track record in reliability and attendance. A positive, constructive and flexible approach.

Must be available to attend an Assessment Centre on 30th May 2018 (times available are 9am, 11am, 1pm or 3pm)
Must be available for the 6-week training period from 11th June 2018 - 20th July 2018
