We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join a high achieving, successful and forward-looking team of staff. The post is to be based with Archway Learning Trust’s KS3 Alternative Provision.
The successful candidates will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students that they are required to work with. The role will require the postholder to provide support the transition of Alternative Provision students into mainstream education. The successful candidate will be required to do this through classroom support, mentoring and co-ordinating activities. The role requires a strong character with a calm nature who has the ability to work well within a team.
