The company is entering an exciting growth phase, and as a result, the business is now looking to bring on board a part time Administration Assistant to support the growth of the business and help to keep the office running smoothly
The Role
Fundamentally, you will work with the team to ensure that the office operation runs smoothly. This will mean being the first point of contact for clients and candidates and so an excellent telephone manner is essential. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the company database, managing ad hoc administration tasks and assisting with arranging interviews and managing Consultant diaries
The demands of multi-tasking will be constant, and with this in mind, time-management, focus and discipline will play a huge part in your ability to succeed and develop your role within the business.
The Person
You will be enthusiastic with an exceptional telephone manner and demonstrate initiative and diligence in your work. You will be keen to learn and make the role your own and your drive to contribute to the team's success will be noticeable in the way that you apply yourself to the demands of the day
