Restaurant Manager - World renowned 3 Rosette Restaurant - Twyford, Berkshire - GBP35k
Our Client:
Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join this iconic property and assist with maintaining the exceptional standards that have been set and maintained.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and fronting the exceptional standards and ensuring all your restaurant staff adhere to this.
Responsible for the restaurant team which consists of up to 12 members of staff.
Ensure each customer receives impeccable service.
Training of junior staff is vital.
Ensuring the restaurant runs effectively both financially and functionally.
The Individual:
This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager that has previous experience within a 5 Star hotel and Rosetted/Michelin Starred restaurant that is looking for a new and exciting role within one of the most iconic restaurants within the UK.
Similarly, this role would also suit a Restaurant Manager with previous track record of exceptional service within a 5 Star Hotel or multiple Rosetted Restaurant.
The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for detail, great organisational skills and experience of running a large team effectively.
Having a passion for food and wine is mandatory, with excellent knowledge of both being vital as you will be assisting customers with any questions and training staff, doing both on a daily basis.
Highly organised and a proven track record of leading a successful team.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to GBP35,000 plus tips + fantastic benefits.
