If you are an experienced Sous Chef, looking to join a venue that caters for corporate events and has a superb reputation for Weddings then this is definitely the job for you!
You will lead report into the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team in chef's absence.
Oversee the organisation of kitchen stock and ingredients.
Managing the food and product ordering.
A team player through and through - supportive and responsible for the junior kitchen members.
Experience of Functions is imperative - Weddings, Corporate Events, Presentation evenings all of up to 200 people.
