We provide a comprehensive range of services for people who are socially excluded for a wide variety of reasons such as homelessness, a drug or alcohol problem or lack of employable skills Home Turf Lettings (HTL) is a lettings agency with a difference. It is a DHI social enterprise founded in April 2012, specialising in providing safe and affordable accommodation for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. HTL is committed to breaking down the barriers to private rented sector for those who claim benefits and/or are on low incomes and who are in housing need. We are currently looking for a full time Property Management Coordinator to support the delivery of Home Turf Lettings property management service in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas. You will be the main point of contact for any queries, comments and concerns from Home Turf Lettings' tenants or landlords in relation to property management related matters. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with health and safety and legislative requirements across all of Home Turf Lettings' properties, as well as carrying out regular property management inspections, managing all planned and reactive maintenance and repairs, preparing inventories and schedules of condition and being the lead for recruiting and management good relationship with contractors and partners who support the property management side of our service. This is an exciting role in a dynamic, forward facing, housing and homelessness service and is a great opportunity to join a small but close knit team. Whilst previous property management or private rented sector lettings experience is desirable, we equally welcome applications from applicants who can demonstrate the right transferable skills, experience and behaviours to enable them to fulfil the requirements of the role. The salary for this role is set at NJC Pt. 20-26 (GBP19,819 - GBP23,866) depending upon skills and experience. In addition, DHI offers up to 31 days paid leave (service related) in addition to statutory holidays, a 7% pension contribution and Employee Assistance Scheme. There is some flexibility in regards to the main office base for this role, either our Kingswood office in Bristol or in central Bath, but you will be required to work regularly from both office locations. You will need a full, UK driving license and access to a car to fulfil this role. Mileage expenses are paid.
