Friendly, reliable and experienced Part Time Caretaker required to work a 4 hour shift per day, Monday to Friday, on a three-week rota with two other Caretakers to cover the following shifts: 8am to 12 noon 12 noon to 4pm 4pm to 8pm
Must be able to provide cover for other Caretaker(s) if sick or on holiday. General duties include, but are not limited to: Unlocking and locking the building, painting and decorating, gardening, light cleaning, taking meter readings, clearing gutters, supervising cleaning staff, carpentry, erecting furniture, repairing locks, maintaining security, changing light bulbs. Must be available on call also during emergencies.
Candidates must be experienced in general maintenance work and have access to a vehicle.
