The Package

• Competitive Basic Salary in the range GBP30,000 - GBP60,000 (appointment can be made from Consultant to Principal level dependent on experience)
• Uncapped commission - solid six figure OTE

The Opportunity

• International Executive Search firm in Brighton providing the opportunity to achieve remuneration on par with London / Capital City based Executive Search in a diverse, relaxed and parent-friendly environment.
• Opportunity for an Executive Search Consultant to work global assignments for major corporates, technology companies and consultancies (typical assignment profile is 85% International and 15% UK; salaries >GBP120K).
• You may come from another search & selection firm, or from a contingency Recruitment Agency where you have proactively sourced / head-hunted passive candidates at a senior level for technology roles.
• You will be able to leverage many existing client relationships with leading global organisations, strategic management consulting firms, private equity houses and technology companies.
• You will have full autonomy and flexibility to build your own practice and serve clients of your choice.
• Practice areas: Data Science, IA, BI, Analytics, Cyber Security and Blockchain, E-commerce, Telecomms, IoT, Automotive technology, Satellite / Space, Payments, Insurance and Financial Services, Medical Technology and Enterprise Software.
• Relaxed environment with flexible working in Brighton.

Person specification

• An experienced Executive Search Consultant / Recruitment Consultant who has worked in either in an executive search firm or contingency Recruitment Agency where the focus was on head hunting assignments.
• Technology or related sector experience.
• Self-starter with professional demeanour and great communication skills.
• "360 degree" approach.
