FP&A Analyst
Central London
£60000 - £500000 per annum
A rapid growth software business is recruiting an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This role has come about due to the success the business is experiencing and an internal promotion. You will play a crucial part in the continued growth of the business providing high-quality financial information to senior leadership, providing push-back and challenge to directors on the strategy of the business. This role will give you access to all elements of the business, enabling you to work closely with sales, marketing and HR. You will be responsible for mentoring the more junior members of the team and developing your management skills to eventually progress to head up the FP&A function.
The successful candidate will have:
- Worked within an FP&A function
- Experience in a fast-paced growth environment
- successfully improved processes and controls
- Experience of working within a SaaS or technology business
- An accountancy qualification, ACA, CIMA, ACCA
