Job Description
My client is one of the largest leading Estate Agents in the UK. With over 50 years of market presence the company is one of the market leaders in providing excellent customer service within residential, lettings and new homes with a wide range of additional products available. Due to recent business expansion they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their well-established New Homes team in their office in Eastleigh.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be selling various New Homes Developments across Hampshire, supporting other Sales Negotiators in day to day sales duties either on site or in the office.

I am interested in speaking to driven sales professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Some of the key requirements include; excellent customer service skills, good negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and a UK Driving Licence.

Role Duties & Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* Support the team by building the sales pipeline as well as liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisers
* Responding to queries via email and over the phone
* Building the client database in the area
* Provide a profession, friendly and helpful service, face to face and over the phone
Skills & Qualifications required
* Desire to succeed
* Valid UK Driving Licence
* Previous experience within New home sales / property
* Good IT skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
As a Sales Negotiator you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get into the New Homes industry or someone looking for a new challenge in a professional environment.
