A specialist aerospace manufacturing organisation based in South Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support/develop steady state programs and to facilitate new production programs.
The Role:
As Team Leader you'll take full responsibility for a team of Cell Leaders and Operatives whilst ensuring the following deliverable are achieved Quality, H&S, Delivery, Cost and Lean CI.
You:
To succeed in this role of Team Leader you'll have experience of a similar role, ideally with a keen grasp of lean manufacturing techniques. Any experience within the aerospace manufacturing sector will hold you in good stead.
