Sales Progression Manager
If you are currently working within the Estate Agency or the Property sector and seeking a new role - our client is seeking driven individuals to join their part exchange team.
Main Purpose of Role:
•Responsible for the successful exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion of all properties purchased by way of a Part Exchange or an Assisted Sale transaction.
•Play an integral part of each client's sales and marketing team.
•Providing high levels of customer service at all times
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
•Knowledge of estate agency/property/new homes and related practices i.e financial services, part exchange.
•Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate at all levels
•Working knowledge of the conveyancing practice and what is involved in the purchase of property.
•Self-motivation and good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise changing workload
