Mitie has a great opportunity for a new Ground Maintenance Operative to join the North-West branch of the Mitie Landscapes team.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Ground Maintenance Operative will carry out Ground Maintenance duties to achieve high standards of maintenance.
A our latest Ground Maintenance Operative, you will have the main duties of:
The Ground Maintenance Operative will be required to ensure the sites external areas are maintained to satisfactory standards
To complete a variety of ground maintenance tasks
The Ground Maintenance Operative will carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
To drive company vehicles
The Ground Maintenance Operative will provide management with relevant information/reporting as required
Reporting any site issues to the Contracts Manager
The Ground Maintenance Operative will be required to undertake training as and when required.
Some weekend working will be required
As our newest Grounds Maintenance Operative you must have the following:
Due to the nature of the works, the person must be physically fit and agile
The new Ground Maintenance Operative will have a basic understanding of mobile phone/text services use
The ability to communicate at all levels will be an important part of the Ground Maintenance Operative role.
The Ground Maintenance Operative will require some degree of flexibility.
Driving license is essential as role will cover various locations.
