A leading landscaping company is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager with experience of new build sites (new build houses) to manage their operational team and contracts within the North West area, this will include the management of around 10 Landscaping Teams and two Assistant Managers.
The Contracts Manager will need a landscaping background and experience of the construction sector, have a good working knowledge of soft and hard landscaping as well as maintenance related to new build housing sites, possess an excellent knowledge of plants, horticulture and high standards to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Your team will be installing and maintaining landscaping on new build housing sites and other new build projects across the North West, this will require you as the Contract Manager to be involved in the process from the initial tender through to handover stage and you must have proven end to end experience of this as well as being confident in seeing opportunities to up sell when teams are on sight.
In return our client is offering a basic salary of between GBP33'000 and GBP35'000 which is negotiable based on experience , a company car or car allowance as well as good career progression opportunities.
