LOCATION: Rustington (Littlehampton), West Sussex
JOB TITLE: Solicitor / CILEX / Legal Executive
SALARY & BENEFITS: Negotiable GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 much dependent on skills & experience plus benefits including free parking
WORKING HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour lunch
THE COMPANY: We are delighted to be working with a well-established Legal firm with offices in Rustington and Littlehampton, offering a range of legal services for business and individuals covering Littlehampton, Rustington and the surrounding West Sussex area.
A great new opportunity has now arisen for an outgoing and friendly Solicitor / CILEX / Legal Executive with post qualified experience in Residential Conveyancing to join their existing team.
THE ROLE: The Solicitor / CILEX / Legal Executive will join a small but busy Residential Conveyancing department to oversee and coordinate the legal processes of buying and selling properties as well as a range of other related tasks. You will have your own case-load and will receive full secretarial assistance and support within the role.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Solicitor / CILEX / Legal Executive's role must have previous experience in Residential Conveyancing and will ideally have 3+ years Post Qualified Experience. Although not essential, candidates with any commercial experience would be at an advantage. Candidates should be warm, friendly and outgoing individuals who enjoy working as part of a team.
