Regional Employee Relations Lead

As part of AFG's major transformation programme, we are looking to recruit a Regional Employee Relations Lead for the region of Lancashire to provide a comprehensive and professional HR advice, casework and support service, ensuring regional compliance with internal and external regulations to managers and staff within your dedicated geography.
Required Skills and Experience
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with 2/3 years' experience of providing comprehensive HR advice to managers and staff, meeting operational needs. As a team player, you will have demonstrable experience of providing advice to support the management of complex sensitive employee relation matters including capability, misconduct and performance and be fully up to date on all aspects of current employment law. Experience of successfully monitoring and delivering HR performance metrics as well as designing and delivering training on HR related matters is a must. We are looking for a confident and positive communicator with the ability to effectively influence others at all levels. You will have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated with the drive and enthusiasm to inspire and effectively engage others. As a decision maker with the analytical skills to resolve problems speedily you will have the ability to effectively demonstrate sound judgement. You will be IT literate in all aspects of MS office and hold a full driving licence.
