Savio House is a Catholic Youth Retreat Centre which is situated right in the centre of Kerridge Ridge & Ingersley Vale in Cheshire. We offer residential and day retreats to groups and individuals of all ages.

We are looking for an experienced Cook to deliver high quality home cooked food using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients wherever possible, ensuring a special experience for all our guests and resident community, whatever their age and nationality.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied menu, taking into account special dietary requirements and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will have responsibility for purchasing, budget control, stock rotation, food safety standards and general kitchen management.

You must hold a valid CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety as a minimum, be able to work alone and on your own initiative and be trustworthy. You will be well presented, have a friendly nature and be willing to work flexibly. 

Working hours:  Negotiable (daytime hours only)
