Resourcing consultant

Berry Recruitment has registered an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to join a forward thinking, career building company based in Oxford. The company are expanding massively with a continuous recruitment approach. Your role will be a resourcing specialist, the primary function of your role is to assist the recruitment consultant by providing them with excellent candidates for the roles you are working on together. You will be assessing candidates through telephone interviews to ensure their credentials match up with the client's requirements. Your secondary focus would be to build up knowledge within the sector by gaining leads from candidate calls.

Compensation package
Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP17,000 (OTE GBP25,000)
Hours: 9am - 6pm

Duties:
•Sourcing candidates from third party databases and networking through LinkedIn and face to face events
•Updating candidate database
•Candidate assessments
•Identifying new leads
•Gathering market intelligence
•Presenting candidates to the recruitment consultant

Essential criteria:
•Graduate or graduate Calibre (or equivalent)
•IT literate

•Enthusiastic
•Excellent communication skills
•Analytical approach
•Confident telephone manner
