Developing projects and services to help vulnerable and isolated children and young people across Harborough District in rural South Leicestershire.
We require an: Operational Manager
37 hours per week - NJC Points 29-34 £25,951 plus 6% Pension contribution (pay award pending)
HCYC seeks a highly organised and experienced youth worker, people leader and organisational coordinator who values the unique qualities of different individuals and is committed to supporting children, young people and staff to maximise their contributions and development.
Experience of working directly with children and young people, managing projects, and supporting staff essential.
We welcome applications from the areas of Leicester, rugby, Northampton, Corby and Kettering as well as the local areas.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Check (at Enhanced Level) will be required for this post.
