My client based on the edge of Crawley are seeking an Interim HR and Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This role is an immediate start
*Full ownerships of the new starters and leavers with the business
*Issuing all new starters with there contracts and starter packs
*Obtaining all references for new starters in the business
*Providing other HR Admin support
*Assist Recruitment in all areas
*Work with line managers on all recruitment admin
*Advertise jobs online
*Working with outside agency's
*Being the point of contact for HR admin issues
