An established provider of affordable housing in the Gloucestershire area, are seeking a HR Operations Partner to advise and support both managers and employees with best practice methods and solutions; to help drive the organisation forward with a focus on the Learning & Development of the group's staff.
To be successful in the role of HR Operations Partner you will:
• Manage the daily employee life cycle; playing a key role in casework
• Provide support on change management processes such as restructures, application of employment law & relations, and polices & procedures
• Act as the HR lead in the development of learning strategies, as well as designing & delivering training sessions
• Provide line management to a HR Assistant
• Any other duties relevant to the post
You will also have:
• Previous experience within a HR capacity; ideally specialising within learning and development
• Full membership of CIPD and Level 7 qualified
• Driving license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel for regional meetings
