Training Coordinator
Our national warehouse and logistics client is looking for an experienced permanent Training Coordinator to design and delivery a variety of training courses onsite, including operational and soft skills, to contribute to the development and progression of all levels of staff.
The Job
Working full time hours Monday - Friday, your responsibilities will include:
* Designing, developing, and coordinating the operational and soft skills training programmes on site
* Coordinating the training delivery for the site
* Liaising with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals
* Design and prepare suitable training aids and material

The Candidate
We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience, and attributes:
* Previous training experience, especially in soft skills
* Able to quickly engage with management team, staff and trainers
* Good organisational, analytical and numerical skills
* Good communicator, both verbal and written
* Previous work within the FMCG industry an advantage
* Able to effectively manage and lead a team
The Package
* Up to GBP28,000 per annum
* 28 days holiday a year (inclusive of bank holidays)
* Statutory pension scheme
