Sales Account Manager

Brook Street are looking for a Sales Account Manager in South Gloucestershire?

Our client is an independent fuel supplier and distributor that have been delivering fuels for nearly 150 years! Based in Yate the company are looking for a vibrant, energetic person to manage their existing accounts.

You will need a great telephone manner, and a proven track record in customer services. Your confidence and experience in account management would be an asset but not essential.

Have you worked in Customer Services, Telesales, Account management or other business development or client management roles?
Do you have a natural ability to speak with customers and influence them into using their accounts to their full potential? Your role will involve you making outbound calls to existing account holders, to discuss their account usage and making sure that they are using their accounts properly. You will also be responsible for setting up new customer accounts and making sure that this is done a professional and seemless way. Your role will at times mean that you are also dealing with client queries, and complaints.

It is essential that you have experience in customer services/ sales and have excellent history in supplying clients with an excellent service.

The salary is £16,000-£18,500 depending on experience and you will be working Monday to Friday 09-17
