We are currently employing two customer service advisors/aftersales enquiry consultants for a busy car dealership based in Sidcup.
As an After Sales Enquiry Consultant, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With an enthusiastic and ambitious personality who possesses an excellent telephone manor. You will have a passion for helping customers, as an After Sales Enquiry Consultant you will responsible for making and receiving a high quality of calls to existing customers and local businesses. Friendly and professional, you'll work in The Retention Team to ensure that every customer's experience is exceptional, that our database is up to date and that all bookings and leads are referred to the relevant centre.
You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment. To qualify for this position you must have experience in outbound calling, appointment booking, upselling, target driven and results orientated, confident on the telephone and have delivered great customer service.
Your Skills and Expertise
