Laboratory Technician


A microbiological testing company are currently looking for intelligent, dedicated and friendly Laboratory Technicians to join their dynamic, collaborative and close knit team in Sheffield.

The Laboratory Technician role would ideally suit someone interested in science and microbiology, ideally qualified to A-Level or equivalent in a science related discipline and looking to build a laboratory based career in a growing, quality driven business.

As a Laboratory Technician you’ll be responsible for laboratory testing of medical devices, supplying media to environmental technicians and accurately recording data and test results. You will need to be quality driven, trustworthy and hardworking.

About the Company

With combined technical expertise of over 80 years, MVS is focused on the microbiological testing of medical and pharmaceutical products, and dedicates its time and resources entirely to providing clients with competent and rounded test house and consulting services.

Starting salary will be between £11,000 and £15,000. Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 3.00pm Friday.

Experience not essential as full training will be given.
