You will be joining a friendly but hard-working, office-based team in a well-established national company. Specialising in steel laser cutting the company is expanding and needs dynamic, new team-members to share in their success.

Working hours are 8 - 5 Monday to Friday

The role:

Responding to client enquiries by telephone and email, you`ll create accurate estimations using in-house software (full training provided).

Tracking the progress of your projects through to timely delivery of their correct order.

Growing your client base and working closely with your existing clients to proactively anticipate their future needs.

You :

No specific professional experience is needed to succeed in this role but you`ll be passionate to learn, results focused, organised and able to prioritise your tasks.

An effective and articulate communicator you can think on your feet, take ownership and recognise potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

IT literate such as Excel and Word with strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Customer service/sales/account management skills/industry knowledge/technical background would help.

Knowledge of materials would be useful.

Salary and Benefits :
A generous basic salary of between £18,000 and £26,000 (depending upon experience) is offered. There is also an individual bonus scheme with very achievable On Target Earnings of £29,500.
