Our client is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that they work in. The Trust is a “not-for-profit” landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.

An exciting two year fixed term contract opportunity has arisen in their Development Team. As a recent graduate, and/or possessing a relevant professional qualification, this role would see you working with the development team and focussing on development projects. You will be contributing to property acquisition schemes and new-build development (including post-contract) for a variety of tenures.

You will gain valuable development skills, which will enable you to progress your career within the housing sector, complemented by a formal training programme.

In addition to this, they offer a 35 hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, other staff benefits and 25 days holiday rising to 30 days
