Woodcote Park, Epsom

Join us as a Junior Greenkeeper on a part time, 28 hours per week basis, and you will be enhancing a highly skilled team of Greenkeepers managing two of the most spectacular golf courses in the South East. Our unique Woodcote Park clubhouse is based in Epsom, Surrey.     

The Role:

As a Junior Greenkeeper you will be part of a friendly and highly skilled team of Greenkeepers working to ensure that the golf courses are impeccably maintained and ready for our Members. The clubhouse is set within 350 acres of greenbelt countryside and within it we have two fantastic golf courses, the Old Course and the Coronation Course. There are major transformations underway and your skills will play an important part.

Key tasks will include working closely with the Senior Greenkeepers as you operate equipment for fine turf maintenance programmes that guarantee year-round quality and consistency as well as liaising with senior colleagues on upkeep and maintenance. You will be expected to manage operations in an environmentally sustainable manner, and protect and promote a safe working environment.

The Person:

To succeed, you’ll be a strong communicator, multi-tasker and team-player. Previous experience within this type of role is essential and if you have or are working towards an NVQ or equivalent, that is advantageous.
