If you have an interest/experience in horticulture/gardening, this role as Gardener at our 350 acre clubhouse site at Woodcote Park near Epsom could be a perfect opportunity. And, for the right person we are offering an immediate start.

The Role:

Join our tight knit Gardening Team and you will become jointly responsible for maintaining and developing the gardens and public spaces at our country estate near Epsom, whilst respecting its unique heritage. You will be part of a passionate and experienced team working at our private members club situated in 350 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, including two stunning 18-hole golf courses. As part of our expert Gardening team you will work closely with our Head Gardener to implement a sustainable plant maintenance programme that guarantees year-round 5 star quality and consistency. Experience managing gardens to a high standard, an understanding of working with annuals, perennials and shrubs is desirable along with the knowledge of identifying plant pests and diseases.

The Person:
You will ideally have a horticulture qualification NVQ 2/RHS level 2 or some relevant work experience and should be competent using gardening equipment.  To succeed, you’ll be a strong communicator and team player with the ability to multi-task.  You must possess an enthusiasm for horticulture/gardening and be capable of maintaining high standards. A full driving licence would be preferred.
