If you are looking for the opportunity to develop and grow your kitchen skills, this Commis Chef – Pastry opportunity offers an immediate start as part of the exemplary Kitchen Team at our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse based in Epsom. It also offers vast scope to progress your Chef career.
As a Commis Chef specialising in pastry you will contribute to the smooth running of the pastry section, ensuring the kitchen produces 5 star standards of food whilst continually striving for perfection and satisfying the high standards of the Club and its Members. You will assist the Head Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in maintaining adequate stock levels, reducing wastage and ensuring mise en place is to restaurant standards and meets the requirements of your senior chefs.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate written records of recipes produced, fridge temperature checks and cleanliness and ensuring that you maintain discipline at all times.

In return you will receive ongoing training and development, as you become part of a dynamic kitchen team, including highly trained and experienced senior chefs who will work with you to improve your skills and techniques as a chef.
