If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career, this Chef de Partie – Pastry position offers an immediate start as part of the exemplary Kitchen Team at our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse based in Epsom.

The Role: Working under our Head Pastry Chef you will help deliver a range of cuisines across a number of outlets including a Brasserie, Fine Dining and Lounge to a high calibre of clientele. You will be working within a high pressured environment, supervising and maintaining the smooth running of a section within the kitchen.

As a Chef De Partie - Pastry, you will:

• Take responsibility for preparing and cooking dishes.
• Assist the Sous Chefs in developing the Demi Chef de Partie, Commis and trainees.
• Maintain stock levels of all produce, as well as producing and checking mise en place to ensure quality and meet restaurant/business requirements.
• Prepare and cook the food for the staff restaurant facility.

The Person: To succeed, you will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar 5 star establishment and have the passion, skills and ambition to thrive in a fast paced kitchen. You will also possess:

• Level 2 food hygiene.
• Attention to detail and adaptability and strong communication skills.
• The ability to work on any section of the kitchen.
• Relevant product knowledge.
