They are a not-for-profit social enterprise; They reinvest any operating surpluses into new products and services, organisational development, and community based projects.

Our client is looking for an individual to support the Finance Department's administrative processes. You should processes excellent customer service skills and, ideally, an understanding of financial transaction processes.

Working with the Finance Department in their Plymouth office you will guide and support staff with financial processes as well as supporting with Payroll and Project and Contract administration.

You will have:

  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • ICT skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to be proactive and to use your own initiative
  • The ability to work independently

  • Exceptional standards of honesty, integrity and confidentiality

Previous experience of working within a Finance, Payroll or Customer Service function would be desirable.

The salary will be £20,000 per annum.
