Information Point Adviser
UWE Bristol is seeking to appoint an Information Point Adviser (working at our Gloucester campus) within the Student and Partnership Services department, on a part time, permanent basis
You will provide a professional advice and enquiry service and ensure continuous improvement of processes for the Advice and Guidance Service and its customers.
Our Gloucester Campus is based in the Alexandra Warehouse, a historic listed building, which has been developed to a high standard to include features such as a purpose-built, high-specification skills and simulation suite, and a fully-equipped library providing quiet study areas, a wide selection of books and a growing collection of electronic resources. The Information point is located in the main foyer and is open to all visitors, staff and existing and prospective students.
We also have bases at all our other campuses and the post holder will be required to work at these other sites as and when necessary.

Working 22.5 hours per week, the hours are currently spread over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, although there may be some flexibility with this.
