Seasonal Chef de Partie - £9.15ph - Socialble hours - Excellent venue

We have an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Chef de Partie to join one of our esteemed clients whom oversee the running of a very popular visitor attraction located in mid Cornwall. Our client is looking for a talented Chef de Partie experienced with cooking in an events and function setting cooking to an exceptional standard. You will be looking to be part of a venue kitchen operating the food production and menu delivery on a daily basis.

The right candidate will need to be passionate about food and a problem solver. You will need to be motivated with a drive to excel in this role. Within this role you will be set with ensuring the highest levels of food safety and food hygiene are adhered to, whilst keeping up to date records and documenting working practices. You will also be required to collaborate with other departments within the establishment to assist in generating menus based on seasonal activities and themes. You will have a good understanding of using fresh local produce and having a developed knowledge of available seasonal ingredients.

To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) together with the requisite food safety and COSHH certification.
