Sous Chef required - Busy Waterside Restaurant - £25,000 - £28,000 + tip share
Cornwall staff Agency is working with one of our Falmouth based clients looking for an experienced Sous chef to join them within their waterside restaurant. Our client known for their fresh and interesting dishes are looking for a Sous Chef to help assist the head chef in the running and management of the kitchen. You will be able to confidently oversee a busy, high cover, kitchen in the absence of the head chef and ensure all standards are maintained and paperwork completed.
As Sous Chef you will be seen to lead, support and mentor the rest of the kitchen brigade and ensure all dishes produced are to the standard expected by the business. The menu is quality driven with ingredients being fresh and cooked to order.
