Carpenter

We have a permanent opportunity for a qualified, experienced maintenance Carpenter to join our well established reactive maintenance Carpentry team in Hemel Hempstead.

The role of Maintenance Carpenter;

* React by travelling to commercial customer sites to carry out routine and repair carpentry work, such as hanging / fitting doors etc.

The ideal candidate for the role of Carpenter;

* Fully qualified and experienced Carpenter
* Experienced in routine maintenance / repair carpentry
* Be able to finish to a high standard.
* Happy working in a customer facing environment
* Able to complete paperwork / job sheets quickly and accurately
* Work to a high standard taking pride in your work
* Hold a full Driving licence with NO more than 6 points
* NO criminal record due to nature of commercial establishments worked in

This is a very well established and stable Commercial Property Maintenance / Building Services Company with a National presence. Although a larger company with satellite offices strategically placed across the UK, it has a great team and family feel to the business.
