Estate Agent Sales Valuer - Derby - up to GBP20k basic GBP35k package + Car Allowance **Five Day Week**

Our Estate Agent client is looking for a well presented, polished and motivated Sales Valuer who is seeking a fresh and exciting challenge. They are offering a fantastic salary package and believe in promoting success.

Purpose of Role:

??Value and take instructions on properties for sale
??Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
??Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere

Essential Skills required for being a successful Estate Agent:

• Estate Agency Experience including proven track record in Valuations
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car

Hours of Work - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with a day off in lieu.
