CLIENT SUPPORT ADVISOR
If you are proactive and confident, with a strong customer service background and a natural aptitude for working with computers, you may be just right for our Support team. Client Support Advisors are the public face of SuperControl, helping with client queries and providing a high level of training and support. You’ll work with clients to help them grow their business, building a trusting relationship; and will have an integral role in our ongoing relationship with the client - managing their journey from onboarding through to renewal.
This includes helping to set up accounts, providing online learning tutorials and presenting webinars.
Starting salary: £16,000 - £20,000 DOE, plus benefits.
Location: Castle Douglas.
