Vauxhall Retailer Service / Bodyshop Advisor.
Previous experience in the vehicle servicing /accident repair environment is essential.
You will need excellent people skills and be able to work under pressure and as part of a team in this customer facing role.
You will also need to understand and be able to explain mechanical, warranty and insurance issues to our customers.
You will be happy to speak with internal and external contacts by phone, will have good keyboard skills and experience of working with computer based systems for the management of data, invoicing and customer contact. We currently use the Pinnacle system.
Attention to detail is essential, as is a sense of humour and a smart appearance.
Hours from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to noon, one in three Saturdays.
