Shift Maintenance Engineer
LOCATION: Worksop, Nottinghamshire
REFERENCE: TSLGJ1418
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Full time position

THE ROLE: Based at our client's modern facilities in Worksop, the successful applicant will work within the Engineering team to ensure the smooth running of all site equipment. Working in a busy team of engineers, they will have experience of working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Shift Maintenance Engineer to include:-
• Install, test, examine and maintain various site machinery
• Understand and use safe working practices
• Work with the site teams to improve equipment OEEs
• Keep Engineering information up to date in line with ISOs
• Ensure production interruptions are kept to a minimum
THE CANDIDATE: Our client is looking for a dynamic individual who is a logical thinker. The ideal candidate must have worked previously in a similar role or environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Our client is looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive and has a flexible approach to the working day.
Key skills and experience for the role of Shift Maintenance Engineer based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire:
• Must live within a commutable distance of Worksop, Nottinghamshire
• Apprentice trained.
• Multi-skilled with a bias towards mechanical
• Ability to analyse and fault-find
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Computer literate
• Any PLC experience will be highly advantageous
