LOCATION: Coleraine, County Londonderry
JOB TITLE: Chef/Cook
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBPGBP Competitive dependant on experience
WORKING HOURS: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) or Part time (27 hours per week) Hours are based on shift rota basis 5/7 days per week.

THE ROLE: Chef/Cook- Coleraine, County Londonderry
You will supervise, direct & control the preparation and production of food to ensure the provision of a quality service in accordance the Company policy/ budget
Key Responsibilities to include:- Chef/Cook- Coleraine, County Londonderry
Preparation and cooking of food to company standards
Ensure adherence to standard recipes as approved by the Catering ManagerHygiene of the kitchen and the kitchen equipment to Company standards/policy.
Obtain accurate numbers to be catered for dailyCheck the quality and quantities of food during delivery, preparation and service
Investigate complaints in respect of the catering service and take corrective action.
Offer Suggestions regarding improvements to the catering service i.e. Menu planning, methods used.
Deputise for Catering Manager when required
Other duties as assigned from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.

THE CANDIDATE: Chef/Cook- Coleraine, County Londonderry
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a Chef/Cook role and relevant catering qualifications (NVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1&2)
Key Experience preferred for the role:- Chef/Cook- Coleraine, County Londonderry
- Previous experience in a Chef/Cook role is essential along with relevant catering qualifications
