Office Administrator
Location: Tunbridge Wells - with parking!
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
This is a temp to perm role so ideally they are looking for someone who is immediately available and able to hit the ground running.
A lovely local company based in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team.
You will be responsible for answering calls, dealing with customer queries and enquiries, you will review and process orders, identify any errors and amend accordingly and advise customers on the products that the company offers.
Ideally you will have worked within a similar role previously where you have taken and processed orders however this is not essential. Ideally you will have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and via email and be a team player that is flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
